The following three methods show how you can seamlessly incorporate the Designing for Change framework into your organization’s improvement efforts.

Licensing the DC Framework for leadership and workforce training.

You select specific groups of people to complete the Designing for Change OD program. Ideally, teams will complete the course together so they can benefit (during and after) from the course material including integrated reflections & team-building activities included in the DC Framework.

Direct coaching, consultation and team engagements with Dr Hamlett and her team.

We facilitate comprehensive organizational, leadership, and team assessments which informs and individualized strategic plan that will be developmentally sequenced and designed to support “time-poor” executive leaders. 

DC Certification for key professionals in your organization.

We train (and certify) your dedicated personnel on how to facilitate the DC Framework from a group dynamics and psychological lens. Your team members will develop the unique ability to listen for what is NOT being said, while they learn how to engage any group, anywhere, anytime, in your organization

The DC Framework explores the ways that fear leads to oppression and disconnection while offering tools for creating the psychological safety needed to develop agile, flexible, and effective leaders and teams.

The DC Framework helps leaders and teams develop dialogue, conflict resolution, consensus building, strategic planning, and problem-solving communication skills that can always “bring folks back to the table” whenever and wherever it’s needed
