Many of us spend years, maybe a lifetime reflecting on past hurts, painful memories, traumatic of sad events.
Therapy is helpful for working through these concerns and, depending on the severity, can take more or less time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

But ultimately working through problems means Working Through!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Meaning, coming out on the other side and moving forward, not continuing to look back. I struggle to let things go myself but, more and more, I truly believe that focusing on the past keeps you from being able to build an amazing future.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
